This tutorial was written for Letter Creator in PSP9 but should be adaptable to other versions of PSP. Any similarity to other tutorials is entirely coincidental.

Supplies
Plugins:
1.) Artistic - Paint Daubs
2. Simple - 4Way Average
3.) Richard Rosenaman - Diffuse Glow

Tube of your choice:
I used the artwork of ©Anna Liwanag whose tubes can be obtained through My PSP Tubes. This was a FTU tube for licensed members.

1.) Open tube in PSP
2.) Shift+D (Window/Duplicate)
3.) Dropper Tool - Light color for foreground; Dark color for background
4.) Image/Resize - H 375; W will self-adjust; resize all layers checked.
5.) Edit/Copy
6.) Image/Canvas Size - W 1600 (your preference); H 400; placement Left Center
7.) Layers/New Raster Layer
8.) Layers/Arrange/Move Down
9.) Floodfill Tool - fill with background color
10.) Ctrl+A (Selections/Select All)
11.) Edit/Paste/Paste Into Selection
12.) Ctrl+D (Selections/Select None
13.) Effects/Image Effects/Seamless Tiling - Default
14,) Effects/Plugins/Artistic/Pain Daubs
Brush Size 11
Sharpness 4
Brush Type Sparkle
15.) Effects/Plugins/Simple/4Way Average
16.) Effects/Plugins/Richard Roseman/Diffuse Glow
Threshold 243
Radius 75
Intensity 30
Diffusion Gaussian Blur
17.) Effects/Seamless Tiling/Default
18.) Layers/New Raster Layer
19.) Floodfill Tool - fill with foreground color
20.) Lower opacity to text friendly
21.) Layers/Merge/Merge Down
22.) Effects/Edge Effects/Enhance
23.) Highlight Tube Layer
24.) Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow - your preference (also your preference if you use on misted tube)
25.) Layers/New Raster Layer - your watermark, copyright info, text, embellishments, etc
26.) File/Export as JPEG - compression 25

That's it! You're ready to take it to Letter Creator :)
